I had the pulled pork sandwich with potato salad and a
side salad. The salad was fresh and delicious. The pulled
pork was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The overall
experience very good.

Way to go - BBQ ribs that is juicy not only on the outside
but also the inside.

I had the two-meat combo with Polish sausage and chicken.
Sounds odd, but it was a delicious combination. I had
a fresh salad and a side of fries that was cooked just
right. The service was fast and friendly with the owner
visiting the table to make sure everything was to our
satisfaction. The Rib Crib is a bit pricey for lunch,
but you do get what you pay for in this restaurant - an
excellent meal and great service.

I started by sharing an order of chicken nachos with my
party. I had the rotisserie chicken for lunch. It was
a lot of food and it all was great. It is a little pricey
for lunch. The nachos (which came with a free drink) and
the chicken totaled just under $14.00. This excellent
lunch was well worth the price in terms of quality and
quantity, however, I would recommend they consider a few
lunch specials for those customers on a budget.

Exceptionally prepared BBQ. I like the manner in which
they smoke their meats and then BBQ them. After working
out a few kinks since their opening, this is a must restaurant
to eat fine BBQ. On Tuesday nights, be prepared to wait
in line. Their all you can eat BBQ ribs are highly coveted.
The prices are average. This allows the common folk, like
me, to eat without worrying about mortgaging one's home
for good food.

The all-you-can-eat ribs on Tuesday night are a great
value. The ribs are some of the best in this area. They
have changed their recipe for the beans and they are much
better that before. The service was excellent.

All you can eat ribs on Tuesday night. Really good food
and price. Service was above average and the food kept
coming.
