Rib Crib Names Director of Human Resources

BROKEN ARROW, OK – Lori Stevens joined Rib Crib Corporation, a 22-unit barbecue chain headquartered in Broken Arrow, OK, in July 2002 as director of human resources. She has worked in the human resource field for a number of years, most recently with TV Guide. In her current role, Stevens serves on the corporate management team where she provides support and advice on company recruiting and hiring operations; benefits and compensation plans; employee policies and procedures; and compliance issues. Stevens is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and a member of the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association.
