Rib Crib Boldly Enters Kansas

Rib Crib opens its twenty-fourth unit in Derby, Kansas, a suburb of Wichita. Proprietor Gary Hendrix enters the Kansas market with its first Rib Crib on May 5, 2003. Mr. Hendrix is a tenured restaurateur and operates 20 Sonic units throughout the Midwest.
